Refund Policy

At ChromaTide, we are dedicated to capturing life’s most meaningful moments with care, creativity, and professionalism. Because every photoshoot involves planning, time, and resources, we have established a refund policy that reflects fairness and transparency for both our team and our valued clients. 1. Session Cancellations Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled photo session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 4 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment are non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved studio time and staff. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session and fail to notify us in advance will forfeit the full amount paid. No-shows are non-refundable and may affect future booking privileges. 4. Deposits for Custom or Event Photography A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure bookings for weddings, corporate events, or customized packages. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. Cancellations after the full payment deadline are non-refundable due to the planning and commitment involved. 5. Unsatisfactory Results We are confident in the quality of our photography. However, if you are unhappy with the final images for reasons beyond artistic style or personal preference, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your photos. We may offer a complimentary re-edit session or partial credit toward a future shoot. We do not offer cash refunds for dissatisfaction based on subjective aesthetic preferences. 6. Product Refunds (Prints, Albums, etc.) Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales of prints, albums, and digital packages are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement. 7. Refund Processing Time All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned via the original payment method. Thank you for choosing ChromaTide.
